Built on experience. Powered by integrity.
Bazely Construction was founded with one goal: to raise the standard for site work in Simcoe County. With over 16 years in the construction industry, founder David Bazely knows what it takes to build properly — from the first scoop of earth to the final inspection. What started as a vision for better, cleaner, more honest construction has grown into a trusted name for excavation, septic, and small-scale builds across the region.
Our Values:
Craftsmanship: Built to last, every time.
Transparency: No surprises. Just clear communication and honest pricing.
Family-Owned: We care deeply about what we build and who we build it for.
What Sets Us Apart:
We only do work we’re proud to put our name on.
We don’t upsell. We don’t cut corners.
We show up on time and finish what we start.
We treat every job as if it’s our own property.
Meet the Bazelys — the team behind Bazely Construction
Bazely Construction is a true family-run operation, built on skill, trust, and doing things right — the first time. With David on site and Courtney behind the scenes, this husband-and-wife team brings over 16 years of experience in construction, operations, and customer care to every project.
David leads the work on the ground, with a deep background in homebuilding, excavation, septic systems, and small-scale structural builds. He’s hands-on with every project, operating the machines, managing crews, and ensuring the job is done with precision, care, and craftsmanship. His standard? If he wouldn’t do it on his own home, he won’t do it on yours.
Courtney runs the operational side of Bazely Construction — handling quotes, invoicing, and all things digital. With a background in business and customer service, she makes sure no detail is missed, communication stays clear, and clients feel supported every step of the way. From first inquiry to final invoice, she keeps the process organized, efficient, and grounded in honesty.
Together, they’ve built a reputation across Simcoe County for being reliable, detail-driven, and easy to work with. Clean work, clear communication, and strong values are at the heart of everything they do — on site and off.
When they’re not working, you’ll find them raising three boys, enjoying the outdoors, and pouring just as much care into their own home and family as they do into their business.
